I received a response from customer service, they sent me a shipping label and I sent the tablet. I was told that they will send me a new one.

I am pleased with the painless experience.

Did you try a different cable, and/or a different charger? I did. I also tried charging my phone with the tablet's charger and the charger + cable work. I also tried a different charger and cable, it didn't make a difference. I also tried connecting the tablet to my laptop, nothing happend. Thanks ...

I wonder if anyone had encountered this problem and solved it. I received the Volla tablet (Ubuntu touch edition) and I was thrilled. I unboxed it. Looks good and feels high quality, german quality. I plugged it in to charge it but, it doesn't change. Nothing shows up on the screen, no LED light... ...
