I've contacted them and they told me they will sell and ship one too. However, is it normal to wait 2 weeks for a response? 2 weeks for a response after I sent my shipping address and over a week now still waiting for another response so I can pay.

I have the same issue. Strange that they would ship the phone to Canada but not batteries. The battery on mine bulged up so I need a replacement.

Any update for this? Can just flashing an image with fastboot enough or is it more complicated? I got a device with UT but I would like to multiboot with Volla OS as UT is not quite good enough at this moment (waydroid doesn't work at this moment for example).
