I would ask what the status / progression is of the replacement of my defective phone.
Marketing & social media dept. did send me an email that my phone has to be replaced because of a defective chip.
i reply'ed by mail at January 23 that I would like to receive a black phone with Volla OS: just like my defective device, and asked twice for an answer.
but i did'nt hear anything from volla phone, can you please find out what is happening? its over one and a half month now since i send my phone to volla.
