Dust bubbles under screen

Hi everyone,

after inspecting volla tablet I'd like to ask if anyone else experienced this: there seems to be a small dust particle trapped under the display filter—not the shipping foil, I removed that right away. The dust is causing a small bubble that's quite distracting, especially on a black screen. I’ll attach a photo to show what I mean. There are multiple bubbles like this.

Has anyone else seen this on their unit? Is this something I should bring up with support?

Also, does anyone know when Volla OS will be available for the tablet? Ubuntu Touch 20.04 feels very limited, and without proper app support or updates, the tablet is pretty much unusable for my daily needs.

There are 2 slides on the tablet as of dispatch:
1. a transport protection film
2. a very thin screen protector (this is probably the protective film shown in the photo)

I have removed both and replaced them with this high-quality screen protector:

Please excuse my spelling.
I have the same situation, except that my tablet was not shiped with a transport foil at all. The protective foil has a bubble beneeth. This is something I do not expect from a new device. But I have come to terms with the situation in that I regard the protective foil as a bonus, because I did not explicitly order one. I was considering returning the whole thing before.
Thankfully my bubble is not that servere that it causes irritation under normal use, but it's unignorabley there if looked for.
Other than that the tablet is visualy flawless
If your bubble is giving you headaches, l'd say it's a service case. I'm sure Volla is interested in customer satisfaction. I've had good experiences so far.

The tablet is supplied with 2 foils. A protective film for transport and another screen protector, which is barely noticeable at first glance.
As the transport protection film only has to cover the transport protection, it is possible that there are small air bubbles under this film. This film should be removed upon receipt of the tablet.
