QUINTUS APP TRANSFER

Hi, can someone help me, I have just got Quintus, and I have big problems with migrating my old Samsung A21 with all information and apps to the Vollaphone Quintus.
Is it possible to:
1. Download apps from Google Appstore? I didnt succeed...
2. To transfer apps from the Samsung to Quintus( I tried with Wondershare Mobile transfer, maneged to transfer SOME apps, but not many.
I hope I am doing something wrong.

The client AuroraStore is pre-installed on the VollaPhone with VollaOS (‘Store’), which can be used to install apps (but not purchased apps) from the GooglePlayStore.
We recommend checking in advance whether the desired apps can also be obtained as FOSS versions via the pre-installed F-Droid Store (some of these may have different names.) You can also search for functionally identical alternative apps.

2. To transfer apps from the Samsung to Quintus( I tried with Wondershare Mobile transfer, maneged to transfer SOME apps, but not many.

In order to set up a clean system and avoid installing faulty apps, it is recommended not to transfer from other devices but to install them fresh.

Previously saved app settings for individual apps can of course be imported and restored after the installation.

Hi, thanks for the info.
I managed to download apps, but came much bigger problem.
The VOLLA app crashed ,and I cannot use the phone at all, it keeps coming up the screen, and then closing, I cannot access files, contacts, nothing... I cannot even FORCE STOP the VOLLA APP.
Can you help possibly with such issue?

1. swipe down the indicator panel

2. click on the symbol "cogwheel" (for settings)

3. Reset the VollaLauncher to factory settings

Three-dot menu (top right) "Uninstall Updates"

4. F-Droid Store - Perform an update of the package sources
