Modern Multi Boot Tutorial for Volla Phone 22 Request

I have a Volla Phone 22 with Volla OS 13, and I tried multiple times to install UT as a second OS on my SD card with the Volla Boot Manager, but the first time UT went into a boot loop, and the second time ( I put a bigger SD card, because the old one was a little bit less than 32Go ), it failed to install...

But I wonder if I do everything correctly. The tutorial on the help page of the Volla website seems a little bit outdated and I couldn't find any tutorial step by step with a screenshot for each step.

That why I request you in the hope that you can enlighten me on this matter

Thank you very much for the clear tutorial.
I followed the steps, and for each one I got an exactly identical screen as in the tutorial.
However, when I rebooted and I chose Ubuntu Touch, the screen, went black, then grey, then black again, and I finally got a orange screen for maybe 0.5s and the phone restarted (black screen, Volla screen and finally the "Choose an OS" screen).
This is exactly the same as when I tried to install UT the first time.
Any idea of how to solve that ?

You wrote your Volla 22 is running VollaOS 13.
You should update to the latest VollaOS 14.

Unlike Multiboot on a PC the Multiboot on the Volla Phone requires matching kernels.

Thank you for advice.
I went into the System Update menu in the parameters and I downloaded and installed the last VollaOS 14.0 release of March 2, 2025.
Unfortunately, when I rebooted my phone after the update, VollaOS ran into a bootloop for two or three boots, and then, it rebooted on VollaOS 13...
By the way, when I saw that VollaOS didn't worked any more, I tried to boot UT : this time, it didn't showed the orange screen before going back to the "Select an OS" screen.

Any Ideas ?

Try the update of VollaOS without the SD card. Take SD card out of the Phone.
After the Update of VollaOS reformat the SD and freshly install UT.
