Got a non-working phone, no response from Volla

Hi,

I bought an X23 (VollaOS) two weeks ago and received it not working whatsoever, impossible to switch it on.

The manual only says "switch it on", and where the button to do so is, but after many different tries, I have the impression the phone is just not functioning.

I tried to contact them but so far, I got no answer to my messages.

Is it usual ? Is there a specific way to turn those phones on ?

I must say this experience is quite frustrating.
