I had no problem when I ordered my Volla Phone 22 from Indiegogo. (May be different when ordering directly from Volla)
My experience is as follows. Ordered on July 15, 2022. Shipped via DHL. Received first shipping notification - August 19, 2022 (Indiegogo has a ten-day waiting period and my order was placed before the phone was available [pre-order]). Arrival on August 23, 2022 (Denver, CO).
