How can I download from Google Play?

I am very happy with my Volla X23 with Volla OS14.

But there is one app I need (Mobilepay) that gives me a problem:

- when I download it from Aurora and open the app it says: "Google Play services needed"
- when I try to download the app via Google Play, I get this message:
"This Google account is not yet connected to a device" (translated from Danish).


So far I have tried this:

- Searched FAQ and this forum for other with this particular problem (it seems not - or please link if have missed it)

- Created a Google account in microG Settings on the phone.
"Google device registration" says: "on" (if that matters).

- Opened Aurora Store and clicked at the top right on "Play Store".
I go to the Google Play store - where I get the errror message ("This Google account is not yet connected to a device" and "you have no device") - when at try to download.

- Also tried to log in on Aurora- also tried to log in on Aurora with Google.
In the window "microG Services" I hit "sign in" and get to Google login - I submit the Google account email and hit "next" - then i get this error message: "This account is already on your device"a with Google. What am I missing?

Do you have activated microG in the phone settings?

I think so - running the Self-Check in microG Settings shows this:

System spoofs signature - no check mark

Installed packages

Play Services (GmsCore) installed: check mark
Play Services (GmsCore) has correct signature: no check mark (unable to mark that)
Play Store (Phonesky) installed: check mark
Play Store (Phonesky) has correct signature: no check mark (unable to mark that)
Services Framwork (GSF) installed: check mark

Permissions granted
check marks in alle exempt:
Permission to find accounts on the device: unable to mark here
Permission to this app can be shown on other apps: unable to mark here
