Volla 22 Replacement battery in Canada

Does anybody know how to get a replacement battery for the Volla 22 in Canada?

It is available in the Volla shop, but they do not seem to ship outside of Europe.

I can't find it for sale anywhere else online.

You can order it on amazon or ebay. There are batteries for Volla22 from Gigaset.

Do you happen to have an amazon or ebay link?

Maybe I have been searching for the wrong thing, but I haven't had any luck searching for the battery by its model number (gigaset v30145-k1310-x478) or by searching for things like "Volla 22 battery" or "Gigaset GS5 battery". I'm really coming up empty. I've tried ebay, aliexpress, and various Amazon sites.

The only place I found it listed was on amazon.be, and it was sold out.

Hi Michael, that is a great pity. Have you tried contacting Gigaset directly?

I have the same issue. Strange that they would ship the phone to Canada but not batteries. The battery on mine bulged up so I need a replacement.

I wrote Volla, via their support form, and they agreed to sell me a battery and ship to Canada.

I've contacted them and they told me they will sell and ship one too. However, is it normal to wait 2 weeks for a response? 2 weeks for a response after I sent my shipping address and over a week now still waiting for another response so I can pay.
