Dual OS on Volla X23 ?

I was under the impression that the Volla X23 comes with both Ubuntu Touch and Volla OS installed and you can switch between the two. Am I correct in this understanding ? If so how does one switch ? I chose Ubuntu Touch when ordering if this matters.

I'm just another user of the new X23.
My understanding of the dual boot feature is the following:
You can order the VollaPhone X23 either with VollaOS or with Ubuntu Touch preinstalled.
You can not order the phone with both OS already preinstalled.

Integrated in the VollaOS configuration you find the configuration for the VollaBootManager.
With this tool you can configure the multi boot and download the other OSs boot image files.
You need an extra µSD Card for storing the other OS.

In Ubuntu Touch there is no VollaBootManager tool for easy multi boot setup.
So most likely you would need to change the primary OS to VollaOS.

Currently the VollaBootManager inside the VollaOS 12 is lacking a suitable boot image for Ubuntu Touch.
I was told to be patient as this is work in progress.

Only with VollaOS preinstalled multiboot is working.
