I have an X23 with Volla 12.1.
There are 5 12.1 updates available, and 10 13.0 updates, and 3 14.0 updates.
Do I need to install them all?
Can I skip them all except just the latest 14.0 update?

You do not need to install all updates.
It is important to do a manual export of your data, especially the contacts!
Some advise to install the last update of VOS12.1 and then the first update of VOS13, then the last VOS13 and first VOS14 then the current VOS14.
In theory a direct update from 12.1 to the current VOS14 is possible.
