Dear Community,

If you're still having trouble booting your Volla Phone X23 after a system update, you can now install the corrected April update via the device's recovery mode:

1. Download the update archive: https://cloud.hallo-welt-systeme.de/s/TEsxodBWP3CcMpC
2. Copy the update archive to a memory card or USB drive. Insert the memory card if you are using one.
3. Start the device by holding down the volume up and power buttons
4. Release the power button immediately when you see a menu to prevent the device from restarting.
5. Use the volume buttons to select Recovery Mode and confirm your selection with the power button.
6. If you are using a USB flash drive, connect it to the smartphone now.
7. Select “Sideload Update,” then choose the storage medium you are using for the archive, and finally select the archive itself.
