Volla OS Android 16 and Certificates

Good day,
I upgraded my Volla OS from Android 15 to Android 16 as indicated by the SW update notification.
With the new Android 16 upgrade I received installed Certificates under "Trusted credentials -> User" called "Volla Firewall CA" and under the "Trusted credentials -> System" called "Volla Firewall CA". The Certificates do not contain much detail, only Common Name, Validity and SHA-256 and SHA-1 Fingerprints.
Now every time I initialise my Internet the phone takes a while to come online and my ISP provider gives a warning that my usage may be "monitored and/or altered" altered because there is a CA Certificate.

My question then:
- Where is this physical firewall (hardware) that is managing and confirming this Volla Firewall CA Certificate ? (where are the servers?)
- It wants me to press "Trust" in the "Trusted credentials -> User" setting? do I "Trust" this certificate? or do I press "uninstall"

Thank you in advance
