VollaPhone mit: Volla OS 11

directory access right

Hello, I have a volla 22 with os 11. With the application Files I want to open the directory /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/ (to access to OsmAnd+ folder: net.osmand.plus), but I get an access right error. what should be done ? THANKS
