X23 Ubuntu I have no cellular data

I have an X23 with Vollao Os preinstalled.
I installed the Ubuntu touch as side OS.
When I boot to Ubuntu Touch I have no connectivity to Internet with cellular Data (4G)
Everything is perfect with Wifi.
I tried reset the vpn settings but still no connectivity.
Have anyone anything similar to this?

Hello!
I have a volla 22 but the same problem occurred under UT. I was able to solve it when I changed the APN in the network settings (mobile). the default value for “password” was not correct for my carrier (t-mobile). So the device could only work in 2G. With the corrected value, LTE / 4G also works.
Maybe it works?
