I quote the latest official information from the Telegram chat:

"I have confirmation from our suppliers that production will resume. Unfortunately, I do not yet have a delivery date. We have therefore not yet added the Volla Phone X23 back to the shop. The Volla Phone X23E is available. If you are not dependent on eSIM, this is a good choice. I expect production to resume in April."
